Proper quality product return and replacement
The buyer has the right to replace or return the product of proper quality in accordance with the relevant legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
Good quality product is replaced or returned if the product has not been used; The fact that it was acquired from \"IT Plaza\".
Expenses for the return or replacement of a good quality product to the seller's location shall be borne by the buyer. If the seller does not have the same product on the day of the buyer's contact with the seller, the buyer has the right to demand a refund of the amount paid for the product or, if the buyer wishes, to replace it with a similar product.
