FREE DELIVERY CONDITION! 

\"IT Plaza\" LLC delivers sold goods to final consumers, but delivery is free of charge only in the following cases: 

1. Total amount of the obtained products should exceed 40.000 AMD, otherwise the delivery charge can be 1000 - 2000 AMD. 

2. Delivery address must be within the city of Yerevan. 

3. If the customer is a legal entity, there should be a responsible person who will arrange the sealing and signing the invoice at the place and will return our copy to our courier. 

In cases if the invoice is not signed and sealed on the buyer's fault in the place, the buyer sends our copy of invoice themself or pays (1000 - 2000 AMD) to our courier to visit 2nd time. 

In any case the buyer is obliged to meet our carrier in front of the entrance at the final destination. In case if the delivery address is out of Yerevan, the delivery price is determined according to the prior agreement. In case if the buyer refuses to take the delivered goods without reason, he or she must pay the full cost of delivery.

• For locations that are  more than 40 km away from  Yerevan, delivery takes  5-10 days, depending on the work load of the couriers and the quantity of orders for the given direction.
• For the locations on the list, the cost of delivery is indicated at the maximum amount. A discount may be considered  depending on the total cost of the order or the quantity  of orders for the given direction as of the day of delivery.
• For deliveries to locations more than 200 km away from Yerevan, you are requested to call us by any contact number shown on the  website to  clarify the means of delivery, prices, terms, including  deliveries to the Republic of Artsakh.
